Room was unclean. Makeup all over the casings in the bathroom and black finger prints up and down the doors. Room has obviously been smoked in the walls hadn't been cleaned in forever it seems. Brought bed bugs home with us. I was COVERED in bites after waking up in this hotel. Messaged on booking and seemed to have gotten a copy paste message about how they have an inspector come in every so often. However I noticed I'm not the only one who has noted these bed bugs now in reviews. The front desk guy was nice when we checked in. That's my only positive. But trying to get a resolution to the bug issue is not happening because they state the room has been checked but I know that is a lie. Would be nice to get a refund to pay for the exterminator that I'm going to need to bring to my home now.

Good enough place to lay your head for a night or two, rooms are a little down in the dumps. But they work just fine, pet friendly place however you cannot leave your pet unattended at any time even if you have a kennel for them. We called and asked them their pet policy and nothing about this online either.. was kind of a shock when we showed up with our dog and had to take her everywhere all weekend, we were in town for a wedding and hoped to leave her in a kennel for a few hours while doing this. Live and learn I guess. Otherwise not a bad place at all.

Bed bugs in room 226. ** edit ** management did try to contact me, with no resolution. Not even a partial refund. I only received a “discount rate” because we checked in at 3am. You may have not found bed bugs, but I can certainly confirm that room is infested with bed bugs. I saw them on the bed, the furniture and even the alarm clock 🤮 Saw 3 bed bugs and woke up with multiple bites all over my body. Other people’s hair in the bathroom, stains on the bedsheets, wifi doesn’t work properly, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, no streaming devices. Bad smell in the whole building, very noisy and cold rooms. We were disturbed half way through our stay with building maintenance insisting on looking in our bathroom, as he said there was water leaking into the unit below. I feel gross after staying here, do not recommend to anyone.

Sheets were stained on my last trip, and it's an extremely loud motel. You don't hear the neighbors above, but you do hear anyone upstairs in the hallways. It's hard to get any sleep in especially if you like going to bed early. If you have work, I wouldn't recommend staying here. Prices are too high for what the customer pays for dealing with a loud motel. I was charged twice on my visa, one for the deposit and the other for the room. When confronted, they can't explain why they charged my visa twice. The damage deposit is $100, but honestly, the rooms are such a dump. They should consider charging less. Good parking, but lighting at night is not that great. It's just a motel that is very outdated, and obviously, the management doesn't care about fixing it up, and it shows on the inside and outside.
