There were so many things that I enjoyed about my stay here. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great & had the best hotel coffee that I’ve ever had. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean. The parking garage across the street was super convenient

We paid for 2 nights, but only stayed for one. The staff was friendly, but the hotel building and bedroom were absolutely terrible. Not sure why, but the bedrooms have no independent temperature controls and it was terribly and uncomfortably hot in our bedroom. There was only a dirty and noisy tower fan in our bedroom Bathroom was very badly maintained and the water was barely warm and had no pressure . When my husband reserved it online, it was said free parking, but it is not true. The hotel has no parking at all and the parking they told us to park (in front of the hotel entrance) charged us $20 for one night. The breakfast area is very small, has only 3 tables and it can be challenging to get one spot. Unless you really need to stay downtown, I would recommend that you look elsewhere.

Central location close to subway. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good! There's water, juice and coffee available for free. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Good value for money! Perfect if you just need a place to sleep and parking is not too expensive.

LOCATION is situated conveniently, downtown just behind the Greyhound bus depot, minutes from The Village, Berri-UQAM metro station, the BANQ Library, etc... It is on a relatively (car) busy street but this did not pose a challenge or issue, even though the visit was drive-in/drive-out. ROOM was modest and felt somewhat dated, but perfectly acceptable: quiet (located to the rear of the hotel), smoke-free, clean and with a comfortable bed. The room did not have any central air conditioning, but that was not an issue for Montreal in November. STAFF and reception were friendly and courteous. A complimentary small token welcome-bag was offered upon arrival (containing 2 bottles of water, small bag of chips, and some chocolate) and simple continental breakfast (muffins, toast), fruit, coffee, etc… was on offer in the morning. PARKING available on the street seems a little luck of the draw, and signage can be confusing especially to those unfamiliar with the city's practices. There is also an underground paid public lot located just across the street from the entrance to the hotel and a few reserved 15 minute stop spots in front for unloading/check-in (although some certainly did appear to be parked for much longer.) The pre-paid reservation rate was a good value and appreciated. For family in on an overnight mid-week stay, there were absolutely no complaints! Thanks and best wishes to the owners/staff.
