The staff are friendly, and the rooms are not bad, but how do you expect to sleep when your room is over top of a bar that closes at 2am? We like to go to bed early from travelling but wouldn't sleep until after the car closed, even with earplugs. When you pay for a room so that you can have a place to sleep, how is it even legal to be above a noisy bar? We complained and the second night they moved us to a different room which was fine. That's probably why there are many good reviews, even though it's a very small hotel on top of a strip mall, only a few rooms are above the bar. Still, when you pay for a room for a night's sleep and can't sleep that's a scam to me. Edit: part of the reason we choose a hotel is that it has complimentary breakfast; the breakfast here is basically cereal, waffles, and a small selection of breads/muffins.

We stayed two nights. The room itself was comfortable and clean. When we went to the breakfast room, which was not busy, we found it was poorly stocked-we had to go ask for cutlery, napkins, bread for toast, boiled eggs, which had not been put out. Neither of the two waffle makers were functioning properly. When we checked out, we asked to apply our CAA or senior discount and were rudely informed we had to do that when we made our reservation. This experience left a bad taste in our mouth and we would probably not stay there again.

Room is nice, and if you just need a bed it's worth it, but if you're considering coming for the free breakfast, it ain't worth it then.

PLEASE save yourself from staying here , I have been trying for 2 days to get ahold of anyone at front desk and on automated message it give u 2 options press 231 to reach vendor and 0 zero to reach front desk and because I couldn’t reach anyone I called vendor and asked if anyone was answering the front desk and 2 separate ppl in 2 days were ignorant and said idk and call back or just hung up on me they said hotel isn’t open .. never have I seen such horrible customer service

Terrible experience. I had made a prepaid reservation for one night stay through Hotwire. When I arrived to check in, the hotel front desk told me my reservation had been cancelled because they had instead booked in a large government group. They had not contacted me to tell me this and they had not contacted Hotwire to cancel and refund me the payment I had made. I had to follow up with Hotwire to get a refund and scrambled to find alternate accommodation. Don’t stay here as it looked sketchy anyway.
