If you're into nostalgia (and even if you're not... Time to recalculate your priorities... 😉), you'll find this little family hotel, a magical place. Aside from the warm welcome, the cozy rooms, the history of the place itself, Its location will give you access to the best entertainment venues the city has to offer, starting with the German Colony, where you can admire the Bahai Gardens, through its main boulevard, to the downtown city of Haifa, where the famous pubs and restaurants are located. Wonderful experience, highly recommend❣️

Hotel with a lot of history. It’s decorated throughout in a kitschy kind of way. Open spaces to sit and read if you do not want to stay in your room. Coffee and water available for a few shekels. It’s situated on a very busy, loud street so it is noisy. The noise does settle down a bit during the night. There are four spots for parking. A car is a must to sightsee or take public transit. Small neighborhood markets and restaurants are within walking distance. No elevator. Lots of stairs.

Upon arrival, the (presumable) owner welcomed us amiably and even provided an early check-in for us which was just amazing as we needed a shower dearly. The apartment-like room was spacious, clean, and cozy and even included a fridge, kettle, an electric stove, and sink. Water for free and coffee varieties for a few schekel available at reception/common area. Would stay again!

The good: The staff was so nice! They welcomed us very nicely and told us everything we needed to know and even more. The bed was comfy, Everything was clean and tidy, including bed sheets, shower and towels. There is a private parking for the place which saved us a lot of time looking for a place for the car. We were surprised to find out that our room had a microwave and a fridge. Considering the price this was a very good stay! The bad: The hotel was pretty close to a busy street, so we heard a lot of noise from the road and from yelling people.
