My wife and I spent the weekend at Key West for our honeymoon/ 4th yr Anniversary. The first Hotel we went to for two nights basically kicked us out on the 3 rd because they said they was booked. Once we checked online they still had rooms available. Once they told us we can not stay another night, I said fine I'll go to another hotel. I'm so glad my wife was able to find you guys, and that you still had room. Because your place is outstanding. Beautiful view of the pool/bar. The rooms was just as cozy as possible. The front staff from night to morning was just wondering to be around. Not a dull moment. If we ever come back to Key West. We will book another room with you guys 💯 %. Thank you and to your staff for a night to remember until the end of our life's.

We booked this place on the strength of the reviews. It seemed like good value for the money. After staying there, I would caution folks to be aware that individual rooms seem to vary dramatically, with some extremely cramped, old, and outdated with very strange, tiny bathrooms—and others that seem considerably nicer and more spacious. The front desk guys are not warm or engaging, but I guess that the hospitality industry just needs to hire whoever is looking for a job in the current labor shortage. We did not sleep very well because the bed was bouncy and transferred every motion. Sheets were very “crunchy” and towels were very thin. But the room was clean, which we were glad for.

Very disappointed. The hotel is ok? Key west style, but rooms so small, ugly in general, pool was not working. I lost an expensive earring there and I realized just immediately I checked out, I called reception so house keeping won’t came in, and when I went back somebody was there, I found the pin of my earring but they already had stolen the diamond. So sad they did that even me calling to let them know I was turning around to be there in 15 minutes. Very bad behavior. I won’t came back.

A standard Key West resort overall. Be mindful of what you bring with you. We had a $2k ring go missing while staying. We came back to our door left open (a door we did not have access to, did not use, and did not receive a key for), belongings rifled through, and a sentimental piece of jewelry stolen. Carlos at the front desk offered no help and was only concerned with getting us checked out early. I would not trust anything of value at Eden House based upon this stay and dismissive service. Police report filed and awaiting to hear back from Eden House for this felony theft.
