We had a last minute trip to cortina last Xmas and booked hotel europa, perfect location just on the edge of town, lovely owner and staff very friendly. Special thanks to Massimo at breakfast, superb at his job he was so organised, really made our stay very memorable and extra special with our Prosecco at breakfast:-) we looked to book again for last week but the hotel is closed for renovation.

We were very unhappy with our choice of this hotel. The rooms are tiny with nothing but a noisy refrigerator. No tea or coffee facilities.The bathroom has been modernised but very, very small. Guest facilities are almost zero in the public area which is rustic but I would call it a bit grubby. The bar opens at 4pm but you cannot get a coffee unless you ask, or snack, at any other time. There is nothing. If you have a choice, stay somewhere else.

I’ve booked a Junior Suite and was given a very small room and quite different from what I saw on the pictures. I'm sure it was not a Junior Suite. Actually it was not a suite at all as it didn't have any sitting place except for the tiny chair and desk. Decor was outdated, bathroom old and dark. Poor toiletries amenities and towels. Breakfast was good though but for almost 600 euros a night I expected much more.
