The hotel in Cairo and the staff are great! The staff are super friendly and absolutely not pushy about selling anything. The rooms were also very very clean and the breakfast was very good. You can enjoy breakfast in the room, but also on the balcony, so you have a nice view of Cairo. The location of the hotel is also excellent. The museum in Cairo is less than a 10-minute walk away. We would definitely recommend this accommodation in Cairo. Many thanks to the team!

A hidden gem in the heart of Cairo! It’s more of a lovely bed and breakfast if you are looking for a budget-friendly place to stay in Cairo for a few days that is really accessible and close to all the major historic sites. The hotel has a cozy and warm vibe. The staff is simply amazing and the hotel and rooms are very clean and well-kept. Excellent value for money! Thank you Eileen hotel! I look forward to my next stay with you.

When I first checked in to this hotel, I compared it to the previous hotels. When I came in for the second time, it felt like coming home. This is a testament to how great the staff was, how strategic the place is, and how I value the overall experience. Eileen Hotel is on the sixth floor via a vintage-looking elevator like in the old movies. This design is applied to all sections of the hotel. Here are the things that I like: 1. The staff were helpful 2. The breakfast food was delicious 3. They are at Cairo’s downtown Here are things I think would be nice to have: 1. Consistent hot water in the morning (now it is inconsistent, probably due to everyone taking a shower at the same time) 2. The complimentary water bottles are to be refilled every day 3. The complimentary shampoo and soap to be refilled regularly Overall, I am thrilled to be staying at Eileen, and I would be here if I were in Cairo again.

A cozy experience in a bed and breakfast with cozy vibes and family-like warmth the hotel’s location is an A+ providing a walking distance to major attractions and historic places with the metro access nearby you go reach a lot of places the rooms had the authenticity of old Egyptian style needs few finishes but manageable. The staff were so helpful especially Rowan you made our stay wonderful and Mr mostafa was truly helpful thank you for the wonderful hospitality and experience it was my first time but definitely not the last the hotel was of great value to what I payed

My time at Eileen Hotel was beyond incredible. I mean, from the moment I walked in, everything was just so unique - the rooms, the fantastic location, and the dining experiences. But what made it stand out was the staff. They were like family, you know? Especially Amr - those long talks we had were eye-opening. He really gave me insights into the people, the country, and the culture that made my trip so much richer. If you want a cozy escape right in the heart of downtown Cairo , Eileen Hotel is where it's at. It's not just a place to stay; it's a warm, welcoming experience that you won't find anywhere else.
