What a gem of a hotel in beautiful gardens yet 5 mins walk from Ella centre. In a quiet part of Ella with amazing views of Ella Rock and Ella Gap. The decor and standard of the hotel is stunning. The food was outstanding and delicious - we experienced the Sri Lanka menu and it was delicious. Breakfast was cooked to order and very fresh. Staff were extremely attentive especially the manager and Sanjeewa. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you all for making our trip memorable.

This hotel is definitely worth the money! Fantastic service, stunning view to the surrounding mountains and nature and the hotel garden. The rooms are clean and have a colonial style furniture, classic and chic.

This has to be the best location in Ella! Perfect views of Ella Gap from the impressively well kept garden, 1 minute walk and you're in the main hub of Ella but from EKHO there is no noise pollution, just peace and quiet. We had both dinner (set menu) and breakfast and the food was delicious with a good variety of both western and local dishes, everything we ate was excellent. The rooms are spacious with huge windows looking out onto the garden or mountain view. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. I'd highly recommend this hotel if you're after an oasis in a busy tourist town!
