It was a bad experience for my family and I. Service really bad, and they don't care about your needs. The room had no towels when I asked about that. They kept telling me it's on the way to you. After 6 hours waiting, they sent me a tissue to dry myself because they had no towels. The washing machine broke down. It's a smokers hotel, no privacy at all.

It was the worst hotel in the world I give it a one star bc it smells like bathroom hasn't been cleaned for a while the room it’s self smells like cigarettes there is wholes on the blanket and sheets I called room service bc I needed towels and it took 7 hours when he came to the room he gave me tissues instead of towels. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

It is very close to the airport. We stayed here because we got a morning flight the next day. When we first enter the building, we were greeted with a welcome drink, some kind of juice. And then they give us the room card. I happend to get the 5th floor, so i use the elevator but it was very small prolly only 4 person max. Surprisingly, the room is beyond our expectation. Unlike in my country (airport based hotel usually small and very compact) Ekono' room is very spacious, even feels like more spacious than our hotel in Makkah and Madinah. When you enter the room, we will passed thru some kind of foyer or a space for the mini bar (water, water kettle, tea, coffe, refrigerator). Then we passed the bathroom door. Amenities very minimalistic. Only shampoo and soap if im not mistaken. But they do provide towels. After bathroom door, we get ourself a double bed which is very comfortable and soft, and 2 extra bed which is more firm. Even after having 4 bed, the room still feels spacious. There's a qiblat marker on the table so you dont get confused if u are going to do prayers. Room condition is quite clean no remarkable dirty spot i could remember. Hotel staff is also very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very close to an albaik store. So if you wanna order some to bring in with you during flight, you can get it here. That's all my review, unfortunately i do not have any photos from my stay here.

The receptionist was annoying and arrogant. He doesn’t behave with guests as they are guests “you'll understand when you stay there”. We’ve checked in at around 2 am and called 11 am asking to check out at 12. I slept back again and he never called back. Checked out at 3:02 pm and charged us 50 sar and speaks in arrogant tune. He doesn’t have the skills for how to treat guests. And for whom arrive late he suppose to care a bit more gently. He didn't even inform that there is a charge for late check-out.
