amazing service! We loved all the staff. Their rooftop pool was beautiful with splendid views. The rooms were beautiful but could use a good ventilation system. We were there in the winter so heat was on and AC was not functional. We had to open the door of the balcony to get fresh air because the rooms would get too hot and dry.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, access to public transport, shops, bars, restaurants and touristic places. The staff are super friendly, always responsive and respectful. The buffet breakfast was nice, had good options (it might be nicer if can start from 7 instead of 7,30 so guests have more time before going for their working day if they are there on business trip.). Rooms are noy very bug, but have basics abd comfortable l. Top floor view is recommended.

Having traveled to many hotels across the world, and this being my first time in Barcelona, this hotel for many reasons was absolutely fantastic. Augustina is one of the most fabulous people I have ever encountered. The rooms were pristine, clean and wonderful. I will forever stay here the next time I come. 5 stars !!!

This hotel was perfect. Our room was beautiful, the breakfast had something for everyone's taste. But the service we received from every employee was outstanding. They were so helpful and friendly. The rooftop was a nice getaway, and the pool is beautiful. Location was perfect to see sights and to their transit system. I would definitely book this hotel again when visiting Barcelona.

We loved every bit of this classic style, elegant hotel. Our room was modern and updated. The breakfast room is very large and such a wide variety of items to choose from which made for a great breakfast where the staff is very attentive and the food is fresh. The hotel had plenty of staff in September. The pool is small for wading in but the photos already show this. There is seating around the bar area at the pool and more lounge/sun chairs and other seating available a few steps up on the upper deck. You get a great view of the city from both the pool deck and upper deck. The restaurant attached to the hotel has limited seating and supposedly great food so book well ahead to get seating at your preferred time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and recommend it to all. View the photos on Google maps of the hotel to get an idea of what you can expect.
