I feel extremely fortunate to have found a company like CasaGo to manage my new property in Playa del Carmen. These people are so professional and an absolute pleasure to work with, helping me solve any problems I have, including paying electrical bills, setting up my TV/Internet service and building an owner storage locker within the condo. Special shout-out to Andrea who is an absolute superstar. Her communication and organizational skills are so pro, you can rest assured any requests you have will be taken care of in a thorough and expeditious manner. If you are looking for a company to represent your best interests in Playa del Carmen, I highly recommend CasaGo.

We rented an apartment online and at no time did we know it was CASA GO. We arrive at the location at 1:00 p.m. and no one welcomes us. After waiting for a while, we receive a WhatsApp saying that we can enter the apartment at 4:00 p.m. We tell him that we are already on the property and he says that they are cleaning it. Which was a lie. The apartment was empty. We left. We returned at 4pm and still had to wait 15 more minutes. We had to pay 35USD for cleaning and 100USD deposit in case we stole something. In addition, we received a very long email saying that there is an inventory of things and that if something is missing they will deduct it from us. On the day of departure we said that we were leaving at 9:00 a.m. Well, this day it was raining and they told us that we could wait, at 8:50 a.m. we received this message. We packed our bags and got up at 6 in the morning to take advantage of the day. We say no, that we have to leave and that we want our deposit back. MIJAIL reproaches me if I think they are going to rob me. ???????? Sorry????? After having the indecency of having the apartment empty and leaving us outside, they then arrive late and on the last day no one shows up until an hour later than agreed. The girl returns the money to us, embarrassed. I don't recommend it at all due to the lack of professionalism or if you have just the time like us. Also it is not paved, some terrible holes in the dirt roads. The terrace did not have a swing like the rest of the apartments... there are much better options, with more services and in a better area. And at least they serve you with empathy.
