ABSOLUTELY HELL. Price : Quality = TERRIBLE. Beds are 30 years old. There are so dirty place in a room. Dirty beds, dirty room and bathroom. Cold water and men who was at the recepcion was very confused. Bed are squeaking and balkon was not lock. It was the worst hotel. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLEEEE...

the hotel looks very dirty and when we paid on the internet they wanted us to pay more money upon arrival and there is no hot water and the beds creak terribly and are terribly soft and you can't sleep on them

You get what you pay for. This was one of the cheapest places I could find in Marrakech as we were on a tight budget. If you are not a walker then this probably isn’t the property for you. However, we found it perfectly met our needs. Lots of cheap non touristy restaurants around the back of the hotel. Street vendors selling cheap coffee for breakfast outside. No TV in the room (doesn’t bother us as we don’t watch it), No Wi-Fi (a bit disappointing), but clean spacious room with Aircon, outdoor terrace area and desk. It took us 45 minutes to walk to the Medina, and although we took a local bus from outside of the airport for 4MAD, could have easily walked that as well. The Medina whilst very picturesque and nice, was overcrowded with motorbikes speeding through the narrow streets. I’m happy I didn’t book a place inside the Medina in Marrakech, and decided to chose a Riad in Essaouira instead, much more peaceful.
