We stayed for a week in this amazing hotel. At the beginning I just booked only 2 nights and thought if in case I don’t like the place or service I will change for the rest of my visit days in Istanbul. However, when I saw the clean rooms and beautiful location and especially very helpful, polite and super friendly staff I definitely changed my mind and extended my stay there with peace of mind. Few minutes walk from the main historical places which was very convenient to visit throughout the day with my mother. Because she can’t walk for an along distance. Breakfast was wonderful and always served on time. Very delicious and fresh food, fruits and vegetables and especially different types of cheese. The staffs of the hotel are very responsive. You just tell ask them once to do something and no need to remind them at all. Special appreciation to Mr.Muzaffar who was handling the hotel and also helped us with arranging the tour guides. He knows the right people who can take you to the right places of Istanbul and makes sure that your visit will be unforgettable. And in general he’s a very nice person who always ready to help, guide and support with any questions and requests. He speaks English, Russian and Turkish fluently and has great experience in hotel industry. Overall our stay was excellent and satisfying. Recommend all of who visit Istanbul with friends or family. Again big thanks to all who assisted and helped us at the Elasophia Hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for four days. Loved the location of the hotel. It is really located at the centre of the major attractions. Very close to museum and the Mosque. Also a very sweet location id you wanna do walking tours and stuff. The restaurant which serve breakfast is also really cozy. I wouldn’t say their breakfast is best but it was alright. I would recommend it if you wanna see the main attractions and also if you wanna catch a tram. The metro station which can take you the airport is also quite near, it is just five minutes walk from the hotel.

Elasophia Hotel is a fantastic choice for a stay in Istanbul. The hotel's proximity to Hagia Sophia is unbeatable, making it easy to explore this historic area. The staff is friendly and attentive, the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is simply amazing. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, my experience here was top-notch. Highly recommended for a memorable visit to Istanbul!

Stayed here during short trip to Istanbul. Overall its okay especially for the location but not so comfortable sleep so only suggest for a few days. Positives: - Location is perfect as its next door to the Basilica Cistern, a two minute walk to Hagia Sophia mosque , five minute walk to the Blue Mosque, and plenty of eateries around - strong shower pressure with hot water - small desk and fridge in the room - okay air con - connected to the restaurant next door which provides a nice breakfast - staff are helpful - iron is available on request Negatives: - small room so not much space for storage - hotel is next to the main highstreet and tram so can be nosiy - bed is not so comfortable - not much light in the toilet
