Good place & Good building, this apartement is hidden gem in South Jakarta, the place is located in "Terogong" everything is around here you can find 24/7 gym, Supermarket/Mall, Gas Station, Starbucks, Krispy Kreme, Bar, So many Restaurant, Traditional food, School, Hospital, Sportcenter (Golf/Tennis etc.).

Overall not bad. the building is quite old and needs a bit of renovation, there are some toilets in the room that smell bad. Seen from the entrance to the front garden and the road to the apartment, it will be nicer and more beautiful if treated professionally. Facilities The facilities are quite adequate although a bit cramped and few. Because the land is limited. Located in the middle of South Jakarta City, in a residential area for the upper middle class, this apartment has value for the Old Apartment level. ~ALsh~

Green area and swimming pool is good. Each unit has its own lift access card. So security is high. Staff in lobby of each tower mostly do not understand english. Communication is problem here. Also they can not book taxi or order water for you. Managment needs improvement.

It was a beautiful apartment once, but the current management has ruled for over 3 years, ignored the 1 year only rule and postpone the annual RUPS meeting twice with made up reason. As such, the pool now is dirty, they put smoking area in the center of main pool where children plays, and they even blocked outside cleaning service once, to make their own cleaning service and force tenant to use it. All the complaints to management fall on deaf ears, because, as you can imagine, they control everything and everyone in the building. So be alarmed that there will be weird rules in this apartment, and you cant complain or give critics because the management aims to treat this apartment as their kingdom. And yes, they are aiming for a 4th year of control..
