Attending a wedding at this resort was an absolute nightmare, and I feel compelled to warn others about the horrendous experience we had. Despite the resort's picturesque location, the unpreparedness of the staff and the shockingly rude behavior of the owner turned what should have been a joyous occasion into a complete disaster. First and foremost, the staff's incompetence was evident from the moment we arrived. It seemed as though they had no idea how to handle a wedding event. Basic arrangements were not in place, and chaos reigned supreme. The lack of organization led to delays, confusion, and a general sense of frustration among the guests. It was clear that the staff had not been adequately trained to handle such important events, and their incompetence left a lasting negative impression. To make matters worse, the food served during the wedding was well below par. We had expected a delicious feast to celebrate the happy couple, but instead, we were served tasteless and poorly prepared dishes. The presentation was lackluster, and some items were even cold by the time they reached our tables. It was disheartening to witness such a lack of care and attention to detail in the culinary offerings. The abysmal service provided by the staff only compounded our disappointment. Waiters were disinterested and inattentive, neglecting their duties and failing to serve guests properly. Requests for basic amenities went unanswered, and it felt like we were an inconvenience to the staff rather than valued customers attending a special event. This lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills left us feeling ignored and unimportant. The most shocking aspect of the whole ordeal was the behavior of the owner. Instead of addressing our concerns and attempting to rectify the numerous issues, the owner engaged in unnecessary arguments and displayed a complete lack of respect and understanding. It was disheartening to witness someone in a position of authority treating clients with such disdain. The owner's inability to communicate effectively and resolve conflicts in a civilized manner only exacerbated the already disastrous situation. I cannot stress enough how much I regret attending this wedding at this resort. Despite the beautiful location, the combination of the staff's unpreparedness, the below-par food, and the appalling behavior of the owner make it a venue I would never recommend to anyone. If you're looking for a memorable wedding experience, steer clear of this resort. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and unnecessary arguments. There are far better options out there that value their clients and strive to create a truly special and enjoyable occasion.
