Element Hotel, I-Drive, Orlando, Florida We had a nice two-night stay here. Good location for us, offered 4 PM check out without asking for it (we didn't need it, but it was nice to be offered it), given a one bedroom suite on a high floor with view of trees, daily parking was comped "since we were staying multiple days." Nice outdoor pool and adequate gym. Friendly staff, clean, newer build location--Aloft Hotel is attached and shares the outdoor areas. Breakfast offered one choice of made-to-order hot plate ( though you could request only part of the items if you so wished ). Juice coffee, milk, bagels, bread, fruit, yogurt from a large bin, and that's about it. Definitely seems like savings on breakfast costs for the owner. We'd stay again based on the facility, location, and the staff.

This is a great dog hotel. Only problem they didn't provide us a dog bed or dog food fortunately we had taken care of our beloved golden retrievers needs prior to our trip. Our beloved golden retriever has a little separate anxiety and we let the front desk staff know to call us immediately if she was being to loud in her kennel when we were out. They took our numbers and when we walked back in both front desk staff said your dog did great no calls. I'd also like to call out the pet owners who don't pick there dog poo up. Y'all are slobs and it's dicuscuting. The hotel staff are not your poo picker uppers. Our room was great, the shower had poor pressure and the beds were so uncomfortable, we only spent one night. The hotel is nice and clean great breakfast in the morning. Also room had no curtains so it was a very lighted room at night.

Our stay in October at this Element was horrible to say the least. During the second day of our stay the AC in our room stopped working. The room was HOT. We spoke with Antonio at the front desk around 10pm who's offer was to either leave the hotel or give us a fan; a family of 5. Ridiculous options. The horrible experience continues when the hot water stopped working. The front desk tells us it was "the city" come to find out it was the hotel. No reasonable response.They ended up offering us another room with musty air and almost non functioning AC. To top it all off, we spoke to Valerie a "manager" on shift about our inconveniences who assured us the hotel would cover our stay for one or two night. Upon check out she completely denied ever saying such a thing and lied to our faces about the entire conversation. And of course ended up doing nothing. We have been trying to communicate with the hotel for 2 months and also nothing. Do yourself the favor and don't stay here.

If you've read any of my reviews on hotels, they're pretty black and white white with some gray thrown in. After staying at this facility ,I now understand what the term "hotel experience"is. In order to explain,I'm going to have to inject some feelings into this review so that you can get a fair and relatable picture of my feelings and observations. The gentleman checking me in was swift and efficient. That would have been more than enough for me to be a happy customer and then he spent the next 3 minutes explaining all the amenities that the facility had available for me, where they were located, and how to access them.... including the free breakfast the next day. . though I was in a bit of a rush to get to my room ,I really did appreciate this above and beyond and not only tolerated it but thought it was a nice gesture that I normally don't receive. Upon Entering my room , as my followers know ,I am a bit of a neat freak. This room was exceptionally clean to my standards. So much so that the whole room was tile not carpet and I actually went barefoot for a little bit after my shower which is a big no-no for me usually. The bed was heavenly just the right firmness, with crisp,clean sheets just like Grandma used to have.... they exceeded my expectations and I was able to sleep comfortably and not stressed out about how clean the sheets were .....kudos to you all there! The room was quiet but the hotel was fairly full which was surprising and pleasant. I was told that I could come down for all the free bottle of water whenever I wanted. My only complaint was it would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the room so that I could have made my coffee in the morning using it. Also, I found it a bit confusing.. as this is a dual use building. there is another hotel / facility attached to it . This meant with the common entrances, you needed to know prior to entering, either go left or right specifically to get to the correct hotel entrance.that got confusing to me late at night when I was tired. I asked if there was some sort of map available which there wasn't. It would have helped me out a lot especially being a severe dyslexic that's only aggravated by tiredness That's my only complaint and it's a personal one that's really for me.One of the nicest places I've stayed in the past year: highly recommend it.

Good location, around 15 minutes away from tourist spots. There are a few stores and restaurants nearby. Included breakfast doesn’t have a lot of options but is fine. Rooms are clean and new, service is ok. AC is not central and makes quite a lot of noise when it turns on, but it works. First room had a faulty AC and front desk was helpful in sending someone to take a look and then offering another room. Overall, good experience, would recommend.
