Element Orlando International Drive

If you've read any of my reviews on hotels, they're pretty black and white white with some gray thrown in. After staying at this facility ,I now understand what the term "hotel experience"is. In order to explain,I'm going to have to inject some feelings into this review so that you can get a fair and relatable picture of my feelings and observations. The gentleman checking me in was swift and efficient. That would have been more than enough for me to be a happy customer and then he spent the next 3 minutes explaining all the amenities that the facility had available for me, where they were located, and how to access them.... including the free breakfast the next day. . though I was in a bit of a rush to get to my room ,I really did appreciate this above and beyond and not only tolerated it but thought it was a nice gesture that I normally don't receive. Upon Entering my room , as my followers know ,I am a bit of a neat freak. This room was exceptionally clean to my standards. So much so that the whole room was tile not carpet and I actually went barefoot for a little bit after my shower which is a big no-no for me usually. The bed was heavenly just the right firmness, with crisp,clean sheets just like Grandma used to have.... they exceeded my expectations and I was able to sleep comfortably and not stressed out about how clean the sheets were .....kudos to you all there! The room was quiet but the hotel was fairly full which was surprising and pleasant. I was told that I could come down for all the free bottle of water whenever I wanted. My only complaint was it would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the room so that I could have made my coffee in the morning using it. Also, I found it a bit confusing.. as this is a dual use building. there is another hotel / facility attached to it . This meant with the common entrances, you needed to know prior to entering, either go left or right specifically to get to the correct hotel entrance.that got confusing to me late at night when I was tired. I asked if there was some sort of map available which there wasn't. It would have helped me out a lot especially being a severe dyslexic that's only aggravated by tiredness That's my only complaint and it's a personal one that's really for me.One of the nicest places I've stayed in the past year: highly recommend it.

Good location, around 15 minutes away from tourist spots. There are a few stores and restaurants nearby. Included breakfast doesn’t have a lot of options but is fine. Rooms are clean and new, service is ok. AC is not central and makes quite a lot of noise when it turns on, but it works. First room had a faulty AC and front desk was helpful in sending someone to take a look and then offering another room. Overall, good experience, would recommend.
