AVOID‼️‼️‼️ Very very bad hotel. They gave us a room at the 5th floor no elevator and they refused to change the room. Room too small, they cleaned our room once in the whole week. The air conditioner broke and the room was filled with water they refused to change the room as well. Very unfriendly staff. We had to call everyday for clean towels and toilet paper. The area is a bit scary. The pictures on the website are fake!!! I don’t recommend this hotel!

Fair prices and the location is in the center, you can reach the hot spots in Istanbul easily. If you want to travel all day and just want a place to sleep, then it's perfect. The room wasn't so clean and not so big as shown in the photos. Every 2-3 days your room will be cleaned.

Warning: Safety is not a priority. location is convenient but in kind of red light area. Road in front of appartment is so steep and slippery, not suitable for everybody. Room is cleaned every 3 days,but had to beg for toilet paper. Warning, hot water is scalding. Toilet door in glass! Kitchen had one knife, a few not very clean plates, a small frying pan, kettle and electric ring. Did not manage to make the air conditioning work. Items were taken from my room including some money so the person had to go through my clothes to find there was a wallet. The 'office' has restricted opening hours. Told the guy about robbery in my locked room when I was out (room was cleaned that day) he apologised, said he would check security cameras and talk to his boss, never heard anything afterwards. Didn't answer how often is the keypad entrance number changed.

Warning. Watch out.. dangerous !!!! Not safe. They stole my money ! Booked this location for a night in Istanbul.. Had my watch, 2000 turkish lira and my phone stolen from my room .. while I was a sleep. This happened 1st night .I arrived late like 22 PM, only staff knew I was in the room. I notified the management about the incident..they acted like they have no idea.my room was locked from inside which means the thief had access to the keys. Had to move to different hotel.. Still waitin for a call from them..

WARNING. WORST HOTEL EVER. Dont go here! The room smells very badly. Staff super arrogant. Dirty... Smellt extremly bad the room. And at exactly the minute 12 o cloc when time to check out the staff knock on your room and say 'check out time' very rudely. And they raise the price with 40 lira the next night. And room does not look like the pictures! I dont recomend this hotel.
