"With regret, I must express my profound disappointment in my recent experience at your hotel. Despite this being my second time providing a 1-star review, it seems necessary to highlight these persistent issues in hopes of prompting some much-needed improvements. Our group of 15 people collectively agrees on this rating, which reflects on the overall perception of your establishment. It's concerning that a 4-star hotel is at risk of slipping to a 3-star rating due to these unresolved problems. Our feedback is intended to encourage timely rectifications, especially since we are in the middle of a year-long package. Unfortunately, the majority of us have decided to leave, opting for alternatives like the Laphto Mall. Specifically, the gym facilities are a major letdown. Despite the high fees, only 3 out of 7 treadmills are functional, most exercise bikes are out of order, and the equipment is outdated with limited options. Our usual workout time is between 5pm and 6pm, after which we look forward to unwinding at the spa. However, the steam room has been malfunctioning for five weeks now. It appears operational, but the power is noticeably lower since its last repair, rendering it unusable. Additionally, the gym's cleanliness is not maintained daily. The one redeeming aspect of your hotel is the commendable friendliness of your staff, which has been the sole highlight of our stay."

My wife saw the advertisement on social media and was excited so we gave it a try and generally it’s not that satisfactory. The staffs are kind, greetings with smile. Major disappointment spa for the family is very below my expectations like the steam chairs don’t seem clean, resting chairs not comfortable, steam room needs fixing of the wood floor generally spa service for family/private here is not recommended. The food at the restaurant is okay with good service. Bedroom not bad could be better i booked for two persons there should be available things for two persons minor things slippers, water, ….

I've been part of the gym, swimming, and spa package for the last two months. While I've tried adjusting to the crowd by visiting super early, what's really been a downer is the spa. It feels like every time I want to use it, there's an issue. It's disappointing to gear up for a relaxing moment only to find it's not working. It's a bummer, especially when the rest of the facilities are okay. The staff are genuinely wonderful, always kind and eager to help. However, the spa situation really needs addressing. I'm on the fence about renewing my membership if this continues.

I have been using the gym for quite some time. Even if they are renovating the old place, the new one is really substandard. Even the 'trainer' is not even willing to talk properly. No shower gel or any kind of soap, very few silipers. The receptionist are not available most of the time. The trainer' comes late and acts like both receptionist and 'trainer'. Despite all these I would like to appreciate the security measures they take. It is really customer oriented! Overall with current condition, I won't recommend anyone to join the gym.

This is by far the best hotel in Addis. Not far from anywhere you want to go in Addis. They also have solid gym space for any fellow gym goers with pool and sauna. The service was great and the price was affordable. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Ps I’ve been staying here for almost a month and service only has gotten better by the day. Thank you.
