I stayed at this hotel for one week; don't forget it's a 5-star hotel. It's truly elegant and beautiful inside. The food at the restaurant is very good, and I recommend it. As for the room, it's spacious, but it's right next to a busy highway. The air conditioning doesn't work in winter, so you have to keep the window open to maintain a comfortable temperature. Unfortunately, facing a bustling highway is far from ideal. The cleanliness is lacking; the room has a system to signal the cleaning service when it's empty. We used this service, went out for a few hours, and upon return, the room was still not cleaned. Throughout the week, the room was only cleaned once. I won't return because, despite being a majestic building, comfort, silence, and cleanliness are crucial for a stay.

One of the reasons we booked this hotel was for the pool and facilities, and they did not fail to impress. The pool is grand, the gym has state of the art equipment, and the spa was beautiful. If you plan to swim, bring your own swimming cap to save you time and money in getting one once you're at the hotel. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean, with a study desk and large bathroom. We would recommend this hotel for these reasons. As we didn't really have much contact with the staff we cannot really comment about them, and the location is suitable if you're in that area, public transport is close by, but it's not near the main tourist areas of the mosques.

Alright’ so #TurkeyanaCline booked me this hotel as 5 star and I was surprised how poor the room is it has no kitchen and even the bathroom has no exhaust fan like bro what!!! Small room like that needs one. Anyway you won’t enjoy your staying as much as you expect and one more thing the have very small fridge has two small water and couple different drinks in it and he wants me to pay him like 50 Euro or more to use it. Nuh that’s to much for 5 star hotel 🤧
