Excellent stay, clean, spacious and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in. We really liked that it had: internet, several towels, iron and washing machine, space and clotheslines to wash and dry our clothes that we used for several days. Very good shower space for bathing and hot water ❤️ The washing machine worked very well. The area is very quiet and has many local stores nearby such as convenience stores and restaurants. We loved this place!!! 😀😀😀😀 I highly recommend this place. Many thanks to the hosts for their attention.

I visited you during the year-end and New Year holidays. The room was equipped with towels and all other facilities, making it very comfortable. The location was convenient as it was close to the station. thank you very much.

It's a bit far from the convenient Umeda Station, about a 15 minute walk, but even with that in mind, it was a very satisfying hotel ^^ If you don't want to walk, the nearest stations are Nakazakicho Station or Tenma Station. There is no need to worry as it is within a 5 minute walk. It's a three-story apartment-style hotel with only one room on each floor, so you won't hear any noise from your neighbors, and you can live here without worrying about noise. The room is 1R, has 1 single bed, 1 double bed, and a kitchen. Cooking utensils and tableware are well stocked, and there are shopping streets and supermarkets nearby, so you won't have any problems cooking. There is also a washing machine and laundry detergent, so I think it's great for long-term stays. The rooms are clean and I think this is a really well-balanced hotel. If I had to pick a bad point, it would be that the room is a little small because there are not many windows. (I have to turn on the lights even during the day) Also, there is no elevator, so the stairs may be a little difficult for people with bad legs. However, I think it's a very good hotel that I can recommend to most people ^^
