The hotel is beautifully designed. There's a nice commons area with a fountain when you first walk in. The complimentary breakfast has plenty of options. The omelette chef, kitchen staff, and housekeeping were all very friendly and attentive. We did overhead a manager chewing out one of his employees for being late and it made us along with everyone else at the breakfast uncomfortable. However, our biggest complaint is with the front desk staff. We arrived early in the morning around 6 and the front doors were locked. I rang the doorbell next to the sliding doors multiple times and waited outside in the freezing 16⁰ cold for 20 minutes. No one was at the front desk. We were only able to get inside by calling the front desk phone. The lady that eventually let us in and checked us in was very rude. When I asked why the doors were locked, she shrugged it off and said she didn't know why they were locked. The rest of the front desk staff were consistently rude as well at every interaction. We've stayed at other Embassy Suites and are not used to this kind of customer service, especially for the price we paid to stay there, I'm extremely disappointed.

Our "go to place" when visiting family in the area. Greeting upon entry and desk service were excellent. Room was very clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast offered many tasty options. Will definitely return in the future.

Very nice curb appeal. Newer hotel. Located right in the heart of shopping and dining. Our upgraded corner room was spacious! The bathroom was super nice and HUGE! Front desk staff were amazing! Breakfast was awesome! We didn't participate in the evening reception, though. Only not-so-positive issue is how slow the elevators were. Obnoxiously slow! Lol Shout out to Amie and May for helping to make our anniversary stayacation nice and fun!

It has been more than 20 years since I have stayed at an Embassy Suites and this stay was just as great as my last time. All of the employees were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was outstanding and had a very nice selection of food. The made-to-order omelet station is second to none. My only complaint was the AC in my room. It did not cool the room like I am used to in other hotels. I am looking forward to returning again soon.

The service was wonderful especially from the cooks Patricia, Aretha, and Yolanda. They all did a wonderful job, very hygienic, they had hair nets on and the food was fresh every morning, made in front of our faces. They were professional, but still made us feel at home. These ladies were magnificent. I definitely hope to be back again when I visit Georgia in the summer. They definitely enhanced my July. Their hospitality and service really made a difference! God Bless and Merry Christmas to them and everyone at The Embassy 🎄!
