Rooms are spacious and really nice overall, location to Atlantic Station was amazing biggest down fall of this place is simply the service or lack of. Stayed for over 9 days and asked numberous times have my bed made up and room touched up. Ignored by housekeeping throughout my stay. Asked front desk make note to do room up and still nothing, had get fresh towels from front lobby because lack of housekeeping providing them. Hotel is nice but service and how they treat Hilton Honors members is non existent here. Rude tones when asked things that they normally provide. Had fire alarm set off while staying at 1am in morning with no explanation from front desk when asked if everything is okay. Breakfast is amazing specially w fresh made omelette station they offer. Pool, gym and laundry room are nice as well

The room was great, service was great, the location was a bit confusing for parking, but the real issue was that for some reason the fire alarm tripped around midnight, it then proceeded to go off throughout the entire night for varying lengths. Aside from this inconvenience they had no order. They claim they couldn’t tell who was pulling the alarm but I struggle to believe a high end hotel like this has no system to determine where the alarm is triggering or cameras to review where it was pulled. Secondly I don’t think it was pulled. I think there was a trip in the system and they should have gotten it serviced right away so the guest could sleep. They should have been able to make an announcement, send automated messages to guests cell phone and room phones, and/or sent something in the app. I felt the guests care was not a priority in this situation. Had there happened to be an actual emergency after the first few alarms many people would have been in danger because the alarm was no longer credible. Also I was not sure where the first stairs were. I took the elevator to the lobby and when we got the okay to go back up a worker led us through the employee only area to use the stairs.

We recently stayed at the Midtown location. The location is spectacular and we felt safe at all times. The lobby area was nice. However, I was disappointed at how filthy the rooms were ! Luckily I traveled with cleaning supplies just in case the other reviews were true (they were). Upon arrival, I wiped down the toilet and there was definitely a residue on the seat. There was makeup on the walls and the counter above the refrigerator had substantial dust, which made it obvious it has not been cleaned thoroughly. The pull out mattress was thin and flimsy. I’m guessing it was purchased 20+ years ago. My daughter decided to take a swim and said the water was green with hair on the pool floor. The saving grace was the bartender Janeen. She had everyone laughing and nodding their head to her music . She made everyone feel like a valued customer, although most were there for complimentary drinks. Over- all I would not stay at this property again for the nightly rate and $45/night parking was not worth it

Carolyn Perry was amazing at check in. I stayed here on 12/19/23 til 12/22/23. I had a few request upon check in that I wanted for my Birthday which was on 12/20/23 and she went above and beyond to make sure I had what I requested. She is awesome and I appreciate her personality and her hospitality. I had a smile on my face my whole stay there thanks to her. I love it there

Outside of the location, this has been the worst stay at this particular ES. The room was not clean, hair was on sofa and in bathroom. And it is SO noisy. The walls are paper thin and the room next to us has a birthday party in their room with tons of kids that lasted past 11pm. We could not get our room changed. There is no service unless it is provided by you. If you need bedding for the pull out sofa or towels, you must get it yourself from the front desk. Way past disappointed with this hotel.
