I have been a regular guest at this hotel for the past year and a half, and I always enjoy my stay here. The staff is very accommodating and friendly, even when I failed to make a reservation. They jumped in and arranged a room for me at a sister location and took care of everything. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the management is quick to resolve any concerns. The hotel may need some renovations, but that doesn’t affect the quality of service or keep me from staying and I am PICKY. The team here is amazing! The breakfast is also fantastic, with a variety of dishes and a very attentive cook. They also have a happy hour every evening at 5:30, where you get free drink tickets and delicious snacks and cheese. I would give this hotel a 5-star rating!

I’ve loved the Embassy Suites since I was little and wanted that for my kids. We booked a stay here for the experience more than anything. The breakfast was great- no disappointment there. Happy hour drinks and snacks were fun and the staff serving you everywhere seem wonderful. The cons to this place are: outdated furniture (all the booths are worn and gross), slow shaky elevators but mostly the pool. We saw someone sweeping it out so we thought it would be okay… but it was cold and felt like we were swimming in a pond. It was murky, there was hair everywhere and the walls were super scummy. The hot tub was worse being ice cold and about a third full. I’m sure it’s not being tested for bacteria or phosphates before allowing guests to swim. Made me nervous to have my kids swim in case they got any water in their mouths. Oh and the swans are no longer here. They aren’t still advertised on their website but the pictures in reviews got our hopes up.

Not very pleased at this hotel. It looked like it was well kept in the photos and in a well established part of the Austin-metro area. Photos can be deceiving, though, and they don't tell everything. We had to be replicated 2twice.. so 3 rooms on our 1st night. The 1st two rooms had plumbing problems. The toilets were broken and would not flush or didn't stop filling. Also, there was no water to the bar sink in the room. There is no room service although the website says there is. The website indicates there is a restaurant on site, but I did not see anything that resembled any kind of restaurant there. They claim you can order food until 9pm. I tried to order at 8:40 and was told that they had already stopped serving food....and on a Saturday evening too. Not once did they even apologize for my inconvenience...(plural.) The lobby ceiling was also dripping water, and there was a bucket in the middle of the lobby entrance. Elevators are also super slow to open/close and to move up/down. Upon checkout (we checked out late)...there was housekeeping standing outside our door waiting for us to leave. It felt very uncomfortable that someone was waiting at our door.

We were visiting for a wedding located close to this hotel. We were here in the winter so we loved that there was a free breakfast buffet, indoor pool, free parking, and an affordable nightly rate. The staff were so nice, especially Oscar creating made-to-order omelets on the grill, Karen and her staff hosting a daily happy hour with drinks and snacks, and the welcoming front desk staff. We will definitely try to stay here again when in Austin. Thanks for a very hospitable visit.

Embassy Suites is great and this location was no exception. The front desk was really impressive and helped with my broken umbrella. They texted me to see how the room was and helped me with a late checkout. Everyone was super pleasant, unlike some of the other hotels in the area. The restaurant food is fantastic and the people preparing it are even better. Had a great egg white omelette for (free) breakfast the next morning. The rooms could use some updating (tattered lamp shades and some furniture pieces) but you get a window looking out to the courtyard with a nice waterfall. The indoor pool required some cleanup and the hot tub wasn't working (I was really bummed about this because it was cold and raining!). They said the hot tub should be working within a couple weeks but I called back and they still don't have the part (?). I also wish the TV in the workout room was on the wall facing all the machines (they were working well) and then you could watch it in the mirror when using weights, etc. I think this location needs a little TLC from Hilton without raising rates ...
