Service is hit or miss at the front desk, but ultimately it’s a very nice hotel, with very friendly employees. It’s beautifully, well designed architecture and layout is warm and inviting. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There’s a game room, gym, pool, and convenience store/gift shop. The laundry is modern. Parking is easy to navigate with large vehicles, and besides the hotel restaurant and lounge, there are a lot of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. I enjoyed my visit and I’m positive that you will too 🖤🙂

The Bed and pillows were so hard my neck was sore next morning. Think they should put one set of those hard pillows and another of feather pillows. Gives guest a choice. And the desk clerk was not at the desk when we walked in. We waited for about 10 minutes. Then she gave us a room on 1st floor. Just gave us keys and told us we were on 1st floor. We went up and down the hall until I went back to the desk to inquire where room 103 was. She finally showed us the room. I gave service 4 stars because the staff in the morning breakfast area were very helpful and friendly. They also kept the area clean and filled.

I have been staying at this hotel for about 10 years now. I have never had an issue here and think the front desk staff is awesome! Every employee here does an amazing job. When I enter, the front desk greets me by name and welcomes me back. Fatima, behind the bar is amazing and always makes my favorite drink. I have always gotten service with a smile. I have been coming back for nearly 10 years, so that should tell you something!
