Such a great place to stay! Totally convenient location from the airport. About a 10-minute drive. Inside is amazing! From the entrance, Koi pond, free made-to-order breakfast, to the evening reception with Lupita (the incredible bartender)! Rooms are huge and gorgeous.

The rooms are clean and the atmosphere is very chill and professional. I am writing this review solely for the fact that Tony last night on the late shift on New Years Eve was exceptional. He went out of his way turn our stay from a bad one to one that we will never forget. Tony’s efforts alone has sealed our Loyalty for the Embassy Suites. We think Tony looks like the kind of guy that could be out pulling and one he wants out of a bar or party on New Years Eve. But instead he is doing an outstanding job proving service to us and making our stay fantastic. As someone who has both worked and mananged young people on the Hotel Service industry , I must say Tony is an asset to your establishment.

Absolutely beautiful. The waterfalls, the customer service, the food and the comfortable clean room. Thanks Tim for greeting me while we rode the elevator together. All smiles. The best hotel bacon I’ve ever had. It was fried perfectly. Everything is great. My new favorite stay in Phoenix.

Great stay, but poor management. Was billed for the incorrect room number altogether, with charges for food that no one in my family made. It took 3 weeks, 4 phone calls, 3 emails, to be reimbursed. Still had the incorrect room # on the invoice. Was polite over the phone, but no one seemed interested in correcting a mistake that was costing me money. If you stay here, ensure ALL details are correct when checking in and out, don't just trust they are correct. Or be aware of the time and days you will spend contacting the hotel with no response.

So the room I was helping a couple in had a leak and was not very clean. The shower was a bit gross, and I found straw wrappers in the couch. They made the couple wait over 12 hours just to pick up the trash, which had dirty briefs in it. The food was good, according to the couple. The coffee is excellent. If you want new sheets, you have to put them on yourself if you don't want to leave the room or can't leave the room. The lobby and walkway are gorgeous. The elevators are fancy, and there is a veneer of class. I've had better service at a motel 6, though.
