Very nice hotel with amenities, new clean and many facilities, especially the new sauna room with showers. The location is ideal! Minutes from the main centre and restaurants, easy transport services around. The staff were kind and courteous most of the time, except for one, Greta, she needs to work on her customer and communication skills. The staff can also greet guests with a good morning but they didn’t. Not a big deal, but little things like this will enhance the guest experience. One big plus I think, was the coffee and tea area in the lounge. The lounge itself was very nice and cozy, sit around relax and sip some coffee. Good coffee machine. Very nice. Overall, I recommend the hotel!

My stay was truly fantastic. I enjoyed every second of it. The reception staff were consistently friendly and cheerful, available day and night for any questions. They provided excellent tips on public transportation and activities. The lobby featured a small tea and coffee bar, allowing guests to make coffee or tea at any time of day. It’s the little things that make a stay in this hotel a special experience. I will definitely choose to stay in this hotel again on my next visit to Budapest.

This hotel is a bit on the pricey side, but it offers great value. It's ideally located in the city center. The rooms are very spacious, definitely modern, and well-furnished. It's a quiet place, and the bed is extremely comfortable, although the blinds let in a bit of morning light. The common areas (bar, restaurant, lobby) and facilities are both pleasant and upscale. During my stay, I regularly hit the well-equipped gym each morning, which offers a nice view of the street below. After my city excursions and before dinner, I often stopped at the bar to enjoy a drink in its cozy ambiance. Thanks to its central location, it's easy to find a nearby restaurant, take a bus, tram, subway, or call a cab to explore the city quickly. I was initially supposed to stay for just two nights, but I ended up finishing my trip there.

We spent a week in December 2023 in this hotel with my wife. The hotel is situated downtown,in a very nice location, very safe area, close to the Metro station! By walking, you could visit many places around for shopping and eating! Very nice decoration and unique style! The Hotel is extremely clean, the rooms are nice, and the staff is very kind and helpful! The bed very comfortable and nice, with 2 different main pillow options! The cleaning ladies were also extremely polite and always with a big smile!! They provided us with towels to take in the thermal Spas that we visited! The breakfast was great, with a large variety of options and dishes! I was very satisfied overall and i will defenetly stay in this hotel again! Thank you!

Highly recommend, in the city center but in a quiet area, good rooms, delicious breakfast and hospitable and friendly staff. You can also leave your luggage in the clean with code locker room.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

Modification and Reschedule Policy
