The location was excellent. Metro at the door step The room given to us is very clean and neat they clean the room every day The staff were also very friendly. And the respond very quickly to our request.. Once I was carrying a heavy trolly and suddenly a staff found me and he carried himself in hand till my room .. very polite and friendly.. The hotel is little old.. but other things are very good.... Excellent view from room over all 5star... Thank you so much staff... For giving us comfortable stay and food memories....

We had a great experience staying in this hotel. Its located in the centre of the city and has access to metros, taxis and other places. Service and housekeeping was fantastic. Mr.REX was a great service staff and the rest of the other customer service staffs were awesome. Will definitely book this hotel for my upcoming stays in Dubai.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Service at the front desk is not welcoming and not answering any phone calls. Room was old, dirty, and smells bad. The tv was not working at all even though we told them to fix it quite few times. Towels were not available to change at the morning and clearly been reused for a very long time. The bed/mattress is not comfortable at all. It is not recommended at all, and it has no value for the money you pay.

The bathroom walls were covered in dirt and looked like they hadn't been scrubbed in a long time. The hair dryer cord was covered in black dust and looked like it had been used for years without being cleaned. The bath towels were also black and gray. The bedding was estimated to be over 20 years old as it was blackened. There was a very visible hand print on the bathroom door, but it appeared that this hotel had never thought to clean it. There was a piece of tape left on the dining table that was sticky and the hotel had not cleaned it up. Hotel employees start rejecting calls after they are unable to meet the reasonable needs of guests. The reasonable need refers to a broken microwave that needs to be repaired. The day after I stayed at the hotel, I encountered a hotel employee in the elevator after work who pursed her lips and said nothing and scrutinized me for a long time with a very unfriendly look as if I shouldn't be staying at this hotel. The look in her eyes seemed to proclaim that she was the police here and had the right to interrogate and torture guests.

I was excited to visit Dubai, but my first experience with hotel was the worse. Website pictures of the new renovated room are a completely lie. At the check in time they did not have a reservation under my name. We understand mistakes happen. As soon as we got the our room which was hidden behind a long walkway. Bathroom was filthy. Furniture was old. Night light stand were about fall of. Tv did not work. Chandelier was full of dust. But the worse the couch was unacceptable. I immediately when to reservation desk. A late night housekeeping came but he only clean the bathroom. After days of trying to resolve all this issues. No one came. Please look twice before you do reservation in this property.
