I had a wonderful stay at the Emirates Star Hotel Apartment. The swimming pool was fantastic, and the food was excellent. Room service was top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, and their respect and kindness made me feel truly valued. The room service was exceptional, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and hospitality."

The location is ok and hotel isn’t bad EXCEPT the kitchen which is almost empty. But the staff is USELESS. They forgot about the hotel and all they were doing was getting taxi business for their friends. There is no communication within themselves and they deny almost everything. My family members missed their flight because of the reception staff miscommunication among themselves but mainly because they want us to take 3-4 taxis even though one night earlier they told us shuttle will be ready within 10 minutes of our confirmation. But they denied everything even though we called them from our room. Be careful and it’s advisable if you don’t use this hotel. I don’t think the owner knows that the employees are trying to exploit guests and destroy the name of the hotel, just simply by doing really bad job and being useless staffs.

Very suitable apartment for families Value for money facilities location is best for food lovers and mostly what you need everything available. The pool is kids friendly. I stayed in sheikh Zayed road, marina, JLT , barsha, but this location different feel and the food in this location comparatively less. The staff are very friendly and cooperative.
