It's a nice place with a great location. The interior was very industrial black, black. No microwave, No ironing board. Access was trying to find the lock box to get the 🔑. Still was good. A bit pricey. Lots of students live there. Quite busy at times.

Our friend left some items for us with the concierge. The concierge called our friend a liar, said they don't accept items, faked a smile, and said we're out of luck. Cute. We've reported him to the police. Also, the place is overpriced and dirty.

The building manager in this building is amazing compared to other buildings in CBD (believe me, I’ve dealt with a few). They are very attentive and reliable. I had a vacant carpark and wanted to ask if the building has any carpark restrictions or policies. James was very responsive and made several phone calls on the spot to find out the answer right away. To my surprise, he remembered and contacted me when another resident was also looking for a carpark. Keep it up guys!
