I was in a standard studio and everything was perfect. The studio has everything for a comfortable stay. The location is good, two minutes from the metro station that takes you to Marienplatz in 15 minutes. The hotel staff was very friendly. A very good experience.

Due to work I stayed in this hotel in 3 different times, the staff is friendly and in case you have any doubt they will try to help you. Also the breakfast is good. The only problem is that in the showers there is mold and even though I told the staff about it, the cleaning conditions were not the best . i would suggest to go deeper in the cleaning.

I stayed one night during a business trip. I booked on rather short notice so available rooms was limited. My room was a maisonette (2 stories with kitchen/living room below and bedroom upstairs with room for 4 people). Away from street. Very spacious. Clean beds and bathroom. I arrived late in the evening and my key was in a keybox since the front desk was closed. Not a problem. Breakfast buffet was nice (a little crowded), good coffee.

We had booked a room for 4, but were given a room for 2. Thankfully the friendly staff was able to swap guests so we could get the initially booked room - if you go in a group I suggest you double check your booking shows the right number of travellers. Apart from that, all good. Room was basic but fine for a couple of nights while we joined the Oktoberfest. Really good breakfast included!!
