Stayed here over Christmas. Very nice place, owner very friendly, very convenient if you want to make your own food while staying to out like we do. Close to the cliffs tram stop and all other transport. Would definitely stay again when staying Blackpool

Very good contact. We advised we would arrive early and asked if we could park up and check in later.When we got there Tim met us and told us he had arranged for the room to be cleaned early so it was ready when we got there. Everything you need in the room we were in room 2, on the ground floor. The apartment was clean and plenty big enough for a couple of days. just a 2 min walk to the tram stop.Overall a lovely couple of days

We stayed Sunday to Friday and had a lovely time. Tim was very helpful in anything that we needed, the flats were super clean and tidy and very comfortable. Will be coming back here again over summer. We even got to meet his little dog on the last day. Lovely experience.

This is a great place to stay if you are looking to stay in Blackpool. away from the noise and with a tram station 2 minutes away. Very Clean and with a great host and great check-in instructions (we were welcomed by Tim which was a delight to meet). nothing was ever too much for him and he even gave us nice ideas on where to eat. There is also a great cafe down the road (Cafe 47) serves a great all-day breakfast.

We came as a family of 4 for a weekend stay to see the Illuminations. Tim was a great host, he guided us to the car park when we arrived late, and had plenty of recommendations for where to go to eat, and which trams to get on/off. We had a family room with everything we needed, it was to the back of the building which we liked as it was quiet, but the location is away from the party central anyway. And no noise from any of the other guests, ideal with two small children. Tim kindly let us leave our car parked at the back while we spent our last day in Blackpool. Highly recommend and would like to stay again, as we plan to make a stay for the Illuminations an annual event for the children.
