rooms are above a restaurant very hard to find but when u find it. very good location, staff is very very friendly. they give u free water! for the price it was okay, our room had no window and the AC and TV remote was missing. could be cleaner. Would give a 5 star for the price if the host fixes the above written things for a short and really cheap stay its fine👍

Me and my wife stayed at this hotel for 6 days. We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a great value hotel in the heart of pattaya. With in walking distance from all the shopping areas/walking street and the beach. The owner and staff are very kind and helpful. We highly recommend this place. 🇬🇧🇱🇰

Sadly we don’t have a window in our room and no remote to change the AC but besides that you get what you pay for

It’s on the 2nd floor of an Indian restaurant. The place is SEVERELY worn out and so dusty that you hesitate to stay without wearing a mask. The corridor was spooky and disgusting. Everything in the room looks yellowish and totally worn out, surface of chairs etc are full of blots so you may hesitate to place your belongings not to mention your own body. The water supply stopped in the morning. Seriously, is it a torture room in the jail or what? The staff told me that he will bring remote for aircon but finally he didn’t. So you have to on-off the aircon by pressing the button on the machine directly. In the morning he didn’t even mention about returning deposit, until I told him to return it. While I was waiting for checking out, he asked me if I want a cup of coffee. I hesitated, as the place was extremely dirty, but said yes as I thought it’s from his kindness. Later he brought some Nescafé thing, with 30B bill. He never said it’s not free before. Seems no kindness nor common sense exist here. Some may say “Get what you pay for”, but I don’t agree for this place. Believe me, other hotels in this price range are much better. This place is ok only if it’s 250B or so.
