Hotel is located in a convenient location, very close to everything. But the the street is very very noisy with night clubs, bars and karaokes. If you arrive on the weekend, it is very loud :) even with window closed. After one sleepless night I’ve asked management to change rooms. They were so helpful and so accommodating! This is what really makes a big difference. The room is simple, but everything you might need is there. Breakfast was good and diverse, with refills of everything.

I got a room in this hotel two years ago When I arrived at the hotel, they said that the address had been changed and I went to another address again.!! I got a room with a balcony. There is a fan in the ceiling of the room, which bothered the smell of cigarettes in the rooms around me I told the lady at the reception that the smell of cigarettes in my room bothers me But she just answered The smell of cigarettes!? This is impossible! And did nothing They didnt change my room!

The hotel is very nice and good, the staff are friendly and respectful,the breakfast is nice and there are many varieties. And the most important that it’s very clean, the cleaning staff are very polite and clean. The location is very good in the heart of the city. The rooms and baths are small but clean and comfortable. The prices are very reasonable. The annoying thing is the bars and night clubs around but there was no disturbance in the street. Everything was good in relative to a 3-stars hotel.

An average, The air conditioner does not work, the radiator temperature is low, and during the call to the reservation, I was only asked to wait and I stayed in the cold room. The situation got even worse, I asked for an extra blanket, but they only gave me a simple sheet and said they don't have blankets In addition, this hotel does not have any sauna or Turkish bath for passengers, next to the Lotus Collection Hotel, it provides these services by receiving payment. ، The breakfast was better than I expected and if you don't mind the cold you are in the center of Ankara

Great choice for hotel. I am so glad I found this. Location is perfect - just outside of the busy walking streets, but right in the same 'hood. Rooms are very small but just fine for me. The real plus is the staff. The manager, desk people, everyone - simply wonderful. Helpful, thoughtful, and always ready to give you anything you need. I will use this hotel from now on.
