Overall, great hotel, and I will recommend it for sure. I booked it through Expedia, and soon after contacted them with questions, and was very glad to receive prompt responses. Everybody at the reception desk was super-kind and super-helpful. Upon arrival in person, the treatment was equally good - from finding me a room (I arrived early in the morning, yet did not have to wait any longer than an hour and a half) to helping me with tours on three consecutive days (I put my trust in them and booked all of them through the hotel, and there was nothing to regret my decision) to informing of the city, the restaurants in the area, things to see, Swiss culture, etc. Christine helped me by lending me a local plug to use my phones and computer. Prenni (not sure about spelling) was instrumental in suggesting me the Best of Switzerland Tours as the company to use for my local tours, and choosing that company was a fantastic decision on my part. The room service breakfast that I ordered was also very commendable. Finally, thank you for upgrading my room for free. A few small things I wish was better: 1) The day of my arrival, I was too tired and hungry, and my breakfast was not covered for that day. The day I returned, I did not get to eat breakfast, for I had to leave too early. I wish they had allowed me to switch my forgone breakfast from the last day to the first day. I stayed at Engimatt for four days. 2) The food choices at Leafs Restaurant could be more varied. I recommend that Engimatt consider this in the future. 3) My room could be a little bigger. May I suggest including a microwave oven in a room such as the one I was in?

We absolutely love this hotel. It's a short ride away from the city centre, there is Sihlcity 5 min away, a beautiful Park, good restaurants. The breakfast is good, the staff, friendly and helpful and the rooms have a good size, balconies and are clean. We have stayed here a couple of times and are always happy to return.

Quiet, very clean and roomy hotel. Usually I don't stay in a hotel I have stayed in once because of my value of trying different hotels. However, it was so comfortable that I had to repeat my stay. I have recommended this hotel to all my friends and colleagues. Thanks for a great experience.

Stayed here for a weekend and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were really delightful -- everyone was friendly and helpful. Decor was somewhat old-fashioned, but that just added charm. And there were plenty of modern upgrades. Everything was spotlessly clean and there was spring water and chocolates on the pillow. Location is super close to Sihl City and excellent transport links. For Zurich, it was really good value for money. I'd stay here again!
