Not a great experience. None of the staff speak any (!) English so it is very hard to communicate. Emails were left unanswered and phone calls wer cut off multiple times. The room was not very clean, including a forgotten bathing suit of the previous guests, and appliances such as ventilators in the bathroom were extremely dusty and falling apart. It seemed unclear who actually works at the hotel and the reception was poorly staffed. In the end, we ended up paying extra for parts of the breakfast that nobody told us were not included. We could not make our case since nobody understood English. Would not recommend staying there. At least the room was okay (apart from being a little dirty and some broken things) and spacious with a great view. So was the pool area. Location wise it was okay, there is a nearby beach and you can get around by taxi quite easily.

Do not advice at all that place to any tourist ! They only exist to steal your money. Never take the risk to book outside a 5-star to avoid the surprises ! We have decided to forget our reservation and do a new one in a better place instead of staying with these rats. Money has not value when you do not feel comfortable. The staff is not educated, does not respond to your mails and when they intend to help you, they are just doing things even worst. Very far from the beautiful city center, and at the wrong side of the famous Ilıca beach

It was one of the worst places I have ever stayed at. Apart from friendly staff, everything was poor. The hotel is on the main road so it feels like a motel, the swimming pool is small and there is very little room for sunbathing - the whole area is weird and it feels like you are in a cheap bar with a small swimming pool on the side. Don't bother with ordering any drinks - even after Googling how to make our cocktails (which were on the menu!) they made something completely undrinkable (if they don't have an ingredient, they just don't add anything instead and not tell you, hoping it tastes ok). Air conditioning worked very poorly and the room was either too hot or too cold. The lights came on at 9am (we didnt ask to be woken up) and air con would just randomly stop working throughout the night. Would not recommend !!
