The room we were initially given had nothing to do with the pictures of it on Booking. After we complained, we got an upgrad to an "imperial suite" with cold water and a leaking sink. The staff were nice and tried to accommodate our needs. But the hotel was under construction while we were there, and nobody warned us beforehand. And there was no card payment possible, nor payment with a 100$, nor payment with a slightly used 20$...
