Thank you for your amazing work! We enjoyed staying in this hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and well-designed, cleaning is provided on daily basis. Receptionists are very polite and hospitable, they helped us with every problem we had and arranged the most comfortable stay for us! A little suggestion: in the bathroom I missed a small shelf on which I could put my shampoo and shower gel, it is not very comfortable to place them on the floor every time. Also a hygienic shower needs to be repaired. And finally, I needed at least one outlet in the bathroom in order to turn on the curling iron, but I managed with an outlet in the room. Overall, thank you again! We had a great time and, hopefully, we will be back!

Overall I believe it's one of the best hotels in Tbilisi. It's a self service hotel in the manner that you can check in and out by yourself and everything is very much automatic and easy. Regarding the rooms, they are well designed, with nice soundproofing between the rooms (or maybe I was lucky) but not so great soundproofing from the hallway. The design of the floors hallway and other areas of the hotel is very dim and pleasant. The working area is amazing but the gym doesn't have any equipment except weights and running machines.

Never seen a hotel with no phones in the rooms, no toiletries, no extra pillows or blainkets, breakfast mismanaged, no plates running out of food. No proper staff at a point. Only 3-4 people handling all rooms. Very disappointing experience for the money paid. Cant tell it was a hotel or something else. Nothing like one. Totally dont recommend. Few staff are good rest are not even trained to talk well. Martha and the guy along with her the day we checked in were nice .. only two people in the whole hotel.

Checking in/out: a breeze. Simple and straight to the point especially when you check-in ahead of time. The room: We booked the smallest option (because that’s all we needed) for 160 GEL a night. A bit on the pricier side some might say, but worth it when you see the harmony of soft tones and textures around the room. The bed was cozy and comfortable, although maybe I should’ve requested for more pillows. It had just the right amount of space for our luggages by the two chairs, and the afternoon sunlight was a bonus. A few cons: Since the shower was an open glass design, water did sprinkle here and there, but it does dry overnight. The bidet and shower dispenser needed repairing, but I didn’t bother to point it out at the front desk because we just managed to get by. (I’m not the type to complain unless it is something VERY uncomfortable.) Housekeeping: it’s daily unless you put the Do Not Disturb sign on your door. Housekeeping lady was nice 🤍 Hotel restaurant: We only availed the breakfast once (35 GEL per person). It was very satisfying even with the limited selection. As long as there’s coffee, eggs, croissants and bacon, I am happy. Customer service: I think because of the language barrier, it was sometimes hard for the staff to understand us. Can’t say anything positive or negative about it because I didn’t make any requests during our stay. We were not able to try out the gym or the restaurant other than breakfast, but overall, our experience was pleasant, and this place was the right choice to settle down after long days of sightseeing.

2 stars given as the room was clean and location was okay. Service on the other hand was terrible. The hotel employees did not have a single ounce of understanding of customer service (except for maybe 2 of the guys and housekeeping ladies). The manager and other employees were extremely unwelcoming and quite rude. Any time we had a request (asking for a kettle or cleaning, as they don't provide kettles in the room, you have to request it from 9AM to 5PM from housekeeping) they would quickly interrupt us to say it was not possible. I asked them to communicate with their colleagues as I would not be at the hotel during 9-5 TWICE, and both times they did not do so! They never apologise and you have to ask them to say sorry, and even then they will say sorry with cold glare. I would like to know what kind of training do they have in the hospitality industry. Stayed in countless hotels and never experienced such hostile hotel staff.
