To tell the truth this villa needs a bit more attention from the staff. We stayed here 2 nights and were surprised that our room was in much worse condition than on the pictures of booking sites. Bed was fresh and clean but walls, floor and window curtains were dirty and in bad condition. In later hours there was not hot water in the shower. View from the balcony was great, breakfast was decent and staff was very friendly. Overall maybe it was just our room but it needs some renovation.

If you prefer your hotel rooms to be high level clean then I would not recommend staying here. The room chairs had bird poop on them and the night stands were not wiped down. My husband and I visited during the rainy season so there was a large puddle you had to cross when entering and exiting the hotel. Yet the best part of this hotel was the 24 hour reception staffing, good hospitality, and helpful services. The location is not too far from town, yet Grab drivers may need assistance when picking you up. It’s best to meet them on the main road.

Beautiful, peaceful area, next to the river and rice fields. We got a room with probably the best view and the room was very nice but there was a lot of mold (last floor). It s not very close and not very far from Hoi An

This hotel is probably more suited for guests who don’t mind either cycling or renting a bike to move around. Otherwise it can be rather inconvenient to have to Grab everywhere especially when the place is located away from the main road. It can be rather dark to walk in from the main road at night and it is worse when it rains. While there are places within walking distance for food and drink it can be rather dark at night to get to these places too. The service is generally satisfactory and there is a restaurant within the hotel. There is also laundry service offered. I wish the hotel will repair the uneven driveway at the entrance that floods whenever it rains. Not easy to navigate and walk through the puddle on small shaky slabs placed over the puddle made worse worse at night when it’s poorly lit. Also the water pressure for the shower is weak and it’s challenging to adjust to get the right temperature.
