Please don’t be fooled with 4* star rating. Paid extra for twin bed/double and was put into a tiny 4 by 4 box room first night. And was told our room would be ready the next day! Hygiene and the cleanses is awful. Bed sheets were dirty and were only changed when asked. For a hotel that has been rated 4 stars Basic cleanses should be the bare minimum Whether you are stay at Premium room or the economy. The only two good things I can say about the hotel is the location and the staff member called kadir Who would make conversation asking how our day was.

We stayed one week in this hotel, although on the first day they let us in the different hotel and in a different room. But on the next day we moved to the hotel. Advantages: location, helping staff (Yumit and Kadir were helpful), changing towels every day. Disadvantages: rooms are small, there is no elevator, there is some mold in the bathroom too. Despite this, overall experience was positive, but rooms need more care.

I don't know how the hotel is, but the stars it receives are fake, they ask people for stars with money and then they don't send money. By the way, if you want to delete this message I wrote because of what you did, the amount you will send will be much more. enjoy your work. don't believe in stars!!

Hibroke my suitcase, he was very rude, told me this could happen but didn’t even offer to fix it or replace it. No manners even the management overwritten what happened I was expecting a UPS package to let them know the reason I stayed longer in this hotel because of this package and they just sent it back and told UPS there was not such a person as guest and I was asking every day, not trustable, not recommend first time and be a stay. He was very nice and we came back with a key. Oh my God, First time and be a stay. He was very nice and we came back a key. Oh my God I would not recommend anybody. I would not recommend anybody.

Top small boutique hotel Very centrally located right next to the Sultan Ahmet mosque and Hagia Sophia. The room number 404 was really good with the view of sea and the mosque 🕌. It was a nice place for me, especially all of the employees were very good, as if they were your family. Especially the receptionist brothers and the cleaning brother. Thanks and see you the next time.
