Very nice hotel, amazing for parents with kids. We were there with one year old and enjoyed it. Staff always smiling and helpful. We didn't hear noises from other rooms, also this area is quiet I think. We had a room with balcony, which ultimately was very small (around 40cm wide) so there was no room to even sit on a chair. The view is not so nice, as on the pictures (maybe this is from just one room upstairs). Just one old elevator in the hotel of 8 floors, so sometimes we had to wait up to 5 minutes for it to come. Backyard could be nicer, with flowers and bigger (and safer) playground for kids (maybe with fence) so parents can leave their kids unattended and enjoy their morning coffee. This place has a great potential but just needs some work.

The staff is very kind, the breakfast is perfect however the apartment was not very clean and it really needs renovation. Bad smell in the bathroom and walls strongly need to be repainted.

Nice hotel close to the city center, although this area is not the prettiest of the town. Convenient parking, easy access to all parts of the city by public transportation. Plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice. The suite was spacious, well equipped, clean, but a bit worn down. It’s a 9-storey building and there’s one small elevator only, used by guests and staff alike. This might result in congestion and longer waiting times, especially in the morning hours. All in all, good value for the money, we were happy with our stay.
