Dear Céline Pariente, I was traveling with friends, one of us had an anniversary, 50 years old, I informed about this in advance. Unfortunately, our expectations about the accommodation were not met, except for the view from the window and the clean floor. There were more disadvantages: lack of a refrigerator in the room, a non-working hairdryer, toiletries for only one person when we moved in together, there were also not enough towels, the mattress on the bed was good, but the pillows were simply terrible, it’s good that the bed was clean. There was nothing at breakfast except bread and croissants, since the kitchen was closed on our first morning, and I need gluten-free food, so I had to bring my own food, but we were not offered a refund for not having a full breakfast. The staff at check-in was very friendly, but at check-out they were completely indifferent. Taking into account these facts, the price for two nights is very high, and we need to work on the level of service. Thanks for understanding.

Hotel was fine, but when we checked in we were told breakfast was included. It was not, so we had a surprise bill at the end of our stay. I was disappointed to have spent 16 euro on a mediocre breakfast every morning! Otherwise the hotel was great even if the room was a bit small.
