The rooms are very nice, comfortable and larger than other hotels. It is really very comfortable, both in terms of cleanliness and comfort. It is also very good in terms of the service provided and the friendliness of its employees. I choose this place every time I come to Kadıköy and I am very satisfied. When I looked at the reviews of the hotel, there were so many bad comments that it did not deserve, but it is a really comfortable hotel where you can stay easily. It is both affordable and the only place I prefer every time I come to Kadıköy. For those looking for a hotel, I recommend you to ignore the reviews and experience it yourself. Thank you to the hotel owner 😊

At first I wrote a review with obscenities, but then I asked ChatGPT to reformulate it so that they would publish it. If you read: “THIS IS THE MOST DISGUSTING HOTEL IN MY LIFE!”, and I’ve been to India/the wilderness of Vietnam/deep Thailand The hotel left me with only negative impressions. The price was 600 liras, I was tired after the flight, I just went to the nearest hotel. The room was in terrible condition: the walls and ceiling were shabby, sockets were falling out, the lights were flickering, the bed stank, there was no pillow, and the noise of garbage trucks outside the window made it difficult to sleep. The lack of air conditioning and the need to go to another floor for toilets and showers made the stay even more uncomfortable. Even when I tried to use the shower, the water came out in a thin stream. Interestingly, the joyful owner met me in front of the hotel and offered to spend the night on the street, then saying that he was joking. It turns out he wasn't joking. The street would be a better option. About the pros: 1. They gave rag slippers and 1 n piece of soap; 2. Not a bad location if you’re filming a horror movie in a hotel, or ending your life (don’t forget the rope, they give you soap). Istanbul itself is magnificent, have a nice holiday!

The hotel is very nice in terms of hygiene, order and comfort, and Mr. Ufuk at the reception was very helpful. I recommend it to everyone who is interested :)
