Excellent service by staff at reception, room service and restaurant However the fridge was not working in both rooms and both room phone lines were down. Breakfast was simple and could be improved with better coffee. No frills hotel in a very quiet area.

Hidden gems in the city! It was located next to the big shopping mall but unfortunately it was closed permanently however the location still strategic, near from anything you need, mini market, food etc, taxi and shuttle is available. Staff is very friendly and helpful with good and quick services. The hotel have Spa services, restaurant 1st floor and also roof top you can see the view of hills nearby the hotel The rate is standard and worth with the rooms Enjoy your stay !

The deluxe room has a big beautiful bathtub! Spa is on 2nd floor and my husband and I both enjoyed Aromatherapy Touch Massage. The experience was so relaxing that we slept very well that night. Breakfast was okay. Overall, a great value of stay.

Hotel room: 3.5/5 I recently stayed at this hotel .The room was decent, offering a comfortable and pleasant stay. What stood out for me was the one-stop spa solution they provided, making relaxation easily accessible. Additionally, the rooftop bar was a highlight, boasting a nice ambiance. Body massage: 100/5 The spa experience with fabiola ( hope i spelled correctly) was exceptional, it's the best massage I've ever had. She skillfully hit all the right spots, showcasing a meticulous approach to her craft. It's evident that she takes pride in her work, creating a pleasant atmosphere that enhances the overall relaxation. A highly recommended masseur for those seeking a truly rejuvenating and professional massage. Facial: 0/5 Every single step was poorly done, felt like a touch and go, there wasnt even a double cleanse which was the most basis step. and the mask was left on for half (35mins) the 70-minute session, drying up my face. No instructions on mask duration, and the beautician dissappeared. All of a sudden another staff took over?? And was clearly not a beautician, but more of a receptionist who 'has to take over that beautician job cos she MIA'.The treatment wasn't cheap, and I ended up requesting an early end due to the disappointing experience. *however the spa made an effort to rectify the situation by offering an exchange of service.
