Really bad condo and bad experience for our family. Don't listen to good reviews. They are written by people who came for two days maximum. Never rent a room D702. Owner will stole your deposit - she will upgrade the room for your money and count every scratch and defect she will find without any proof (we saw that it was before when we checked in but didn't take a photo). We left the room in condition like it was year ago. Only the sofa was damaged, which repair we were willing to pay for. Also the owner charged us new keys and adding freon to aircon - total 2000 baht - complete impudence. From our deposit 15 thousands baht we received only 4700. For 12 months we never got any assistance and help from owner. Main disturbing thing in room that electrical circuit breakers turn off when the stove and fan in the bathroom or, for example, the water heater in the shower and the air conditioner are running. This is very annoying and impossible to fix because the power is not designed for the load in the condo. About the whole condo - it gets worse and worse. It looks great at first glance, but then you'll find out that: 1) swimming pool is dirty and I haven't seen regular cleaning (have a look in the evening lights and you'll see how water is muddy) 2) saunas and steamrooms for men and women are not working from 2023 march 3) gym has less equipment - half of the treadmills and exercise machines do not work 4) Kids room and billiard room are currently closed 5) Clubhouse with coworking is hot because stuff do not turn on air conditioning explaining that they do not want to pay extra money for electricity. 6) After 9 pm you can't even sit outside. By the pool, just read a book, drink coffee, chat with a friend. Fine 2000 baht. Security is very strict towards its own residents. 7) There are only 4 sunbeds by the pool for 7 buildings. 8) people who live here tried to negotiate with the management company, wrote group complaints signed by residents, but there was no effect. Stuff is lazy and touchy. 9) If something brokes stuff just closes it, hangs up the paper and doesn't fix it 10) lots of pigeons poop right in the pool and balconies around We are sooo glad that we moved out. I hope no one else will move into this condo and as many people as possible will write negative reviews before something changes. Update: 13.12.23 the owner threatened that she would come with the police to make us pay for water for November, although we left on October 23. The reason she told is that we did not warn her that the water was broken. Yesterday we spent time going to the Espana condo office, they told us that we did not have to pay anything. But the owner did not let up and kept sending messages and receipts for payment. In the end, we went to the tourist police today so that they could talk to her and so that she would stop sending us messages. The police reviewed our case, confirmed that we were innocent, did not have to pay anything and told us to ignore this owner.
