Every time we are in São Paulo we stay here. The location is very good for us as it is 2 blocks from Paulista Avenue. Rooms are dated but prices are affordable. Good bed (little hard), good shower and good breakfast. Everything you need and staff is friendly. Only suggestion for improvement is lunch and dinner in the restaurant. I suggest to look for the plenty of restaurants that are in the neighborhood.

Very Dated rooms, humidity smell. Very noise if your room has a view to the street. Bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast very good. Neighborhood is very good. Internet is very slow.

Great location and the staff are wonderful. It's a bit dated só the rooms are big and the place has an excelent old world feel. I am enjoying my stay

The hotel is very well located near Av Paulista. Short walk to Oscar Freire. It is an old hotel, old carpets in the floors, but the room is pleasant. Big enough, comfy bed. I got a room with a view to the main road and 3rd floor so slightly noisy. I would suggest to request a room in higher floors. The staff is super nice, I arrived at 10am and got my room. The air con stopped working, then I asked them to check, when I was back the room was in great temperature. There is an old gym style but enlightening for exercising, and a small pool at the top floor. The breakfast was a lovely surprise, farm style as they called. Simple and great.
