Mattress was comfortable and fresh blanket/pillow. Bathrooms were clean. Short walk to downtown Estes Park. Communial refrigerator in kitchen area was also clean. Great place for anyone who plans on spending a majority of their time in RMNP and just wants a comfortable place to sleep at night.

Clean rooms, showers and bathrooms. Big spacious living room with all the modern kitchen amenities you could want. Conveniently located in the center of Estes Park. People saying over were friendly and social. Would recommend for anyone looking for clean & convenient accommodation while hiking at the Rocky Mountain National Park.

This hostel was one of the better locations I have stayed at. The showers were actually clean, the beds were nice, and it's location was perfect for my hikes in RMNP. I was there for 3 nights, two of those I had the whole place to myself which was nice. The price was a steal compared to other lodges in the area. I'd absolutely stay here again!

Our beds were taken by others when we arrived, and the rest of beds were being used. No management/employees are present in the hostel. We had to call the manager, who 1h later texted us back saying he will try to contact the group suspicious of tkaing our beds. After another 30min he said the group was coming to remove their stuff. So at this point I am kicking someone out and i don't even get clean sheets and towels. The. Manager NEVER called, all over text.. Very low people skills and professionalism. We called booking amd they canceled for free and paid the difference for another hotel nearby. The manager end up offering us to sleep in the guides office, a little office in the first floor (laptop desk, bunch of junk all over the place... with an empty bunk bed in the back). We never answered that text message... was so angry
