it is the best price/performance hotel in ankara bcoz it has not only a breakfast and also it is close to subway station (kizilay). it is in the center of the city. it has a quite great service. when you visit ankara, it must be first choice to accommodate.

Worst experience ever ! I called them before traveling to Ankara in order to make a reservation ,and asked them if its any possible to have a room by the time I arrive because my trip was really late and I was gonna arrive early in the morning, They confirmed that its totally possible and made the reservation for me only to come later and find out that they were LYING and there were no avaliable rooms at all. the owner was extra rude and the reception was even worse , they didn't even deny the fact that they were deceiving me when I was trying to book but instead they followed me out asking me in a sarcastic way to leave and do my best finding an empty hotel in that area , The whole experience was a mess

Stayed for 1 night, the windows have poor sound proofing, the room was very noisy. There is no parking at hotel despote they said free parking on expedia, and the area is very difficult to find parking around. Also the street is a pedestrian street now so we have to carry our luggage for one block to the hotel. Staff at night time was not very helpful, they didn't even bother to help us carry the luggages. On the good side, room is fairly clean. Location is central. Breakfast is decent.

When my parents arrived at hotel there was NO free wi-fi as advertised on their website. When my parents asked them about Wifi, the receptionist started to make fun of them and laugh at them. They treated my parents very horrible and my parents were about to call the police.They said they refunded my parents but they lied and we have not received it yet. I had to call priceline to report the issue. priceline was very helpful, they sent an email to the hotel and told them they should refund the guest, otherwise the incurred costs will be invoiced to the hotel. I had to find another hotel for my parents to stay.
