Location perfect in the beautiful mountians close to Plitivice lakes national park. Rooms pleasant and clean. From the outside the buildings were picturesque but as soon as you enter the front door the experience change as the interior was made in marble like materials making it extremely noicy with poor acoustics transmitting noice easily between the rooms and from the hall way. The price for one night 227 € w/o breakfast did not match the quality overall. However the outdoor surroundings incl the garden were very nice to just hang out, and the location was very nice as well. We had dinner in the restaurant and paid 55 € for one starter, two main courses, and two beers which seemed quite expensive considering the quality and amount.

Did not stay here, only went for dinner. Mainly outside dining, but it was delightful and food was outstanding. My wife and i both had the filet special, it was deer meat, but delicious!

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Stayed in lodge which was super clean and staff were super friendly! When you go to reception, you will see “no card payment, only cash” but you can actually pay by card as staff calls to the office where payment is processed! It is highly recommended to take a taxi from central bus station where entrance 1 is located.

I was really looking forward to staying here. I booked in January for end of May and 2 weeks before my stay I got a message asking to cancel the booking because there would be a wedding and it would be noisy and busy. The alternative they offered us was to move the stay by two days, which obviously is not that easy when you have booked a flight, rented a car and taken time off work. While I do appreciate the hotel informing us, so that we didn't get a nasty surprise at arrival, it was really disappointing and annoying because we had to find an alternative accomodation at shirt notice, which meant that we had to spend more money to find something that had a similar offering.

I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a place where we felt so welcomed and in such wonderful hands! This truly was an amazing place and the service was perfect. Everyone was so kind, the property was beautiful, and the food was absolutely delicious. The location is wonderful and just a short walk to the National park. The employees here have been great with explaining the area around us. I could go on and on, but to sum it up — we had the best time here. Thank you for everything!
