We recently had the pleasure of celebrating my husband's 30th birthday at the enchanting Etereo in Riviera Maya, and I can't express enough how exceptional our experience was. From the moment we arrived, the service at Etereo was nothing short of impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that our room had been upgraded. The attention to detail was evident, and it truly added to the magic of the celebration. The ambiance at Etereo is nothing short of magical. The surroundings are breathtaking, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and romance. Whether we were lounging by the pool or strolling through the lush mangroves, every moment felt like a dream. A special mention goes to Richie, our concierge, who played a pivotal role in making our trip unforgettable. His dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction was truly commendable. Richie's personalized recommendations for dining and activities enhanced our experience and made my husband's birthday celebration extra special. And speaking of dining, the food at Etereo deserves its own praise. They have a way of making ordinary food taste incredible (like the bone marrow!). They also had the BEST sauce, called Matcha salsa, and when we mentioned how much we loved it- a glass container was delivered to our room with the recipe tied to it! Whether it was breakfast at Itzam overlooking the water or a romantic dinner under the stars in the circle pool lounge area, every meal was a delight! The sense of seclusion was wonderful as well - every dining experience felt like private dining. In conclusion, Etereo in Riviera Maya surpassed all our expectations. The combination of outstanding service, breathtaking ambiance, and delectable cuisine created an experience that will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you, Etereo, for making my husband's 30th birthday celebration an absolute dream!

Etéreo was perfection. The room, the food, the service, the beach and pool- everything was top notch. Our guía, Ommar, was wonderful. He checked on us daily and made himself readily available for whatever we needed. We used the hotels car service to/ from the Cancun airport, which was easy, comfortable and made our travel days much less hectic. All of the waiters and bartenders - Jonas, Damian, Luis, Sergio, Mendoza (to name a few) - were personable, genuine and extremely hard working. We cannot wait to return - this hotel is the epitome of relaxation and tranquility. Loved every minute of our trip!

This resort is special. Everything from the personal welcome, attentive staff, breathtaking grounds, and spa-like rooms. My stay was incredible. With only 75 rooms, you never feel overwhelmed by other guests. The pools have upscale chairs, places to have privacy, and great service. If you are looking for a sanctuary for a quiet retreat or Intimate getaway- Etereo would be a perfect option.
