Stay far away from this place and spend your money elsewhere! This place does not welcome Americans and based on their recent behavior, does not conduct business professionally or ethically. Our experience was unbelievable. I’ve never been treated so horribly by any establishment and I mean that by a wide margin. On the final leg of our trip, we were to return to Rome for one final night before our return flight home. Due to an ongoing ground-handler strike, we were informed by our airline that our flight to Rome was canceled and that we would need to seek alternate arrangements. As such, we changed plans to depart Italy a day earlier (ahead of the strike) and would need to cancel our hotel stay. When I messaged the inn I was immediately met with vitriolic language. Though I never once returned the hostility, the hotel personnel proceeded to berate me and make disparaging comments about my background and character. Even after I assured the attendant that I was never seeking a refund but rather just informing, the verbal onslaught continued (see the included screen shots) I wish I had even a lackluster review about pillows or the view to share. Instead, I can only say that the true nature of whomever manages the WhatsApp account of this establishment shone through brightly. In good conscience I could never recommend that anyone stay here and genuinely hope that the staff is addressed directly and promptly. An absolute nightmare of a person. **As a reply to the continued accusations from this establishment and owner, Paulo Petrucci, this is the same credit card we use every day of our lives and booked our entire trip upon. Nothing about this was a scam. We were berated and the owner continues to send threatening emails to us in attempt to have us remove our review.**

Great rooms in great location! Close to many restaurants and the center of Rome. The rooms very clean, modern and well equipped!

Perfect location and easy walk to the city. Bed was firm and comfortable, room was spacious, clean and with very modern fittings (the disco shower lights were a funny addition). The owner went to great lengths to give us recommendations on things to do, and even booked our taxi for an early flight the next morning. Breakfast consists of a voucher for the cafe downstairs, which includes a pastry of your choice, coffee and juice. The food is delicious however size of the offering could be improved.

The room is big and there is coffee machine and fridge. The bathroom is also big and everything was very clean. The location is great: central but quite. You can leave your baggage there after check out. Two downsides: 1. It doesn't feel as luxurious as it seems in the pictures; everything is "cheaply made". 2. If you come by car, don't go the parking that they suggest: they are really unfriendly and one day of parking is not 24h but it ends at 12pm (we arrived at 6pm and left at 4 pm the next day and we had to pay 1 full day + 4 hours).
